Cell Phone Care and Maintenance
Proper care is required to ensure product performance for the life of your phone. The two most common causes of damage are dropping your phone and exposure to moisture.
Some product care tips to help you avoid this type of damage are:

Do not expose your phone to moisture. This includes any liquid, steam, rain, fog, mist and even body perspiration. Moisture will cause corrosion.

Do not store the phone in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of an electronic device.

Do not drop, knock or shake the phone. Rough handling may break internal circuit boards.

Do not expose the phone to a lot of dirt or dust.

Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the phone.

Follow the simple step by step instructions.
Damage caused by moisture or rough handling may or may not be readily visible and often can only be detected by a technician. If your phone is not working properly please bring it to our store Hi TECH CELL.
The Courtesy Phone is available to customers upon availability for a cost. We recommend that you call our store in advance to ensure that we have a courtesy phone available. During the repair period, customer is so be responsible and liable for any damaged, lost or stolen courtesy phones and accessories.
